How to retrieve the .ddp file from the ISCO Signature

This guide will show you how to download the stored data from an ISCO Signature system.

You will require a USB memory device with at least 1GB of storage capacity to download the data.

Step 1:

Open the Signature by pulling open the 2 side clips:

Step 2: Load the diagnostics ready for download: Press key B [Menu] Press the down arrow to [Administration] and press Enter (Green arrow) Press the down arrow to [Sensor Diagnostics] and press Enter Press Enter on [Retrieve Diagnostics] Select the LASERFLOW / Area Velocity Sensor from the list and press Enter This will retrieve the diagnostics from the required sensor to the Signature ready for downloading When complete press [Next]
Step 3: Connect the USB adaptor: Inside the lid will be a USB adapter, retrieve this from the holder in the lid. (Any Micro USB to USB adaptor will work Next to the adapter is a black circular cap that covers the USB port. Pull the black cap off (just pull) and plug in the USB adapter
Step 4: Now plug in your USB device to the adapter
Step 5: Download the data to your USB device: Watch the screen, a Menu will be displayed automatically Press the down arrow to [Retrieve Data] and press Enter Select the required date range Press “Next” Wait for download (status bar 0-100%) You will see a message, “Data successfully retrieved” Unplug USB Press the “Home” button to put the Signature back to the home screen

You can now plug the USB device into your computer to view the .ddp file.
